USA to show strength at Brave 13 hosted in Belfast
Brave 13: Europe Evolution will feature three rising prospects from the United States of America in the first ever event hosted by the promotion in Europe. The fight night will be hosted on 9th June at Belfast, United Kingdom. Sidney Wheeler is featured in the main card to face the returning welterweight sensation from Lebanon, Mohammad Fakhreddine. Wheeler made a huge impact when he made his first appearance at Brave Combat Federation. Wheeler faced Pawel Kielek at Brave 10: The Kingdom of Champions where the fight went the distance and Wheeler won by split decision.
Zach Zane is the latest addition to the growing featherweight division of Brave Combat Federation. A resident of Wailuku, Hawaii he is also a professional surfer. Zane will face Declan Dalton in a featherweight fight in the main card. Zane is undergoing his training at the Black House MMA Gym. In the prelim card, 2017 IMMAF Gold Medalist, Benjamin Bennett will be making his professional debut.
Bennett has secured the gold medal at 2017 IMMAF World Championships hosted during Brave International Combat Week in Bahrain. With an impressive amateur record of 30-3, Bennett is considered to make a huge difference in the rapidly growing promotion. He will make his professional debut against Adam Bryne from the United Kingdom.
