Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone stopped in at Xtreme Couture for a quick workout with coach Henry and got a grappling session in with UFC bantamweight Miesha Tate.

Cerrone (28-6, 1 NC) will challenge UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos for the title at UFC on FOX 17, Dec. 19, at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.
