We have now learned that Herman’s wife, Madeleine, caught most of the incident including the tasing on camera and has released it.
Herman who most recently fought for Titan FC faces three felony charges, including resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and battery against law enforcement, and a misdemeanor charge.
