WWE superstar Cameron Grimes – “I would like to fight in the UFC”
It would appear that WWE superstar Cameron Grimes wants to test himself in mixed martial arts. The 29-year-old professional wrestler doesn’t just want to try his hand at MMA, but he wants to fight in the UFC.
Posting on “X,” formerly “Twitter,” the former former NXT North American Champion and Million Dollar Champion stated, “I would like to fight in the UFC.”
He then followed that up with another, “Or even @roughnrowdy.”

Rough N’ Rowdy is a smaller boxing promotion where competitors throw haymakers, often resulting in comical outcomes.
While it is unclear whether Grimes has any MMA training at all, it is not completely unheard of to have professional wrestler catapult themselves into the UFC. We’ve seen the likes of CM Punk and Brock Lesnar make the leap…. one was obviously a little more successful than the other.
Grimes currently wrestles on the WWE Smackdown roster after having been signed via the Draft earlier this year.
