Angela Magana will return to the octagon this weekend at UFC 218 in Detroit, Michigan when meets Amanda Bobby Cooper at strawweight.
In May of this year, UFC featherweight champion Cris Cyborg punched Magana during the UFC Athlete Retreat. New UFC owners WME-IMG hosted a weekend event in Las Vegas for all talent on their roster. The two ladies had an ongoing internet beef for quite some time and it all culminated that weekend when they met face to face.
Police were called to the scene. Magana alleges that she did not call the police, that the UFC did. Cyborg was cited and later plead not guilty to battery charges.
Magana posted several videos to Twitter recently and it appeared as if she was going to offer an apology, at least that is how she tagged it. Then things took a turn and Magana flipped the switch. She also lashed out at guys who were messaging her following the hurricanes that occurred in Puerto Rico over the summer.
