Anthony Romero, PFL 2

Anthony Romero aiming for redemption in PFL alternate fight Friday against Elvin Espinoza

Interview with Anthony Romero below

Anthony Romero (12-3) discusses his lightweight fight against Elvin Espinoza (9-0) at PFL 2 on April 12. Anthony also talks about his layoff heading into the fight, training at Syndicate MMA in Las Vegas and potentially joining the PFL regular season as an alternate.

“It’s MMA people get hurt, little things, you break a toe, poked in the eye, it’s a good position to be in. It’s pretty much the same position I was in last year kind of waiting and I got that fight against (Olivier Aubin-Mercier) I’m excited, I know I need to go out perform and win. From there, whatever happens and happen.”
