Arnold Adams vs Alan Belcher title fight set for BKFC 36
Arnold Adams vs Alan Belcher is a heavyweight championship fight set for the BKFC 36 main event. February 25th in New Orleans, Louisiana is when and where this long-awaited contest will be going down.
Arnold Adams is a two-time BKFC heavyweight champion and is also the number three ranked BKFC fighter pound for pound. He is riding a four-fight winning streak as things move toward the first quarter of the new year for the defending titleholder.
In his last outing, Adams notched the first title defense within his second title reign. He did so by stopping Dillon Cleckler in the second stanza of their back-and-forth tilt at BKFC 25 in May. The former seventeen-fight MMA veteran has established himself in bare-knuckle boxing in a big way. He holds a relatively commanding overall record of 7-1.

Adams also has the distinction of being BKFC’s inaugural heavyweight champion and has fought for the organization since its first event. He looks to extend his win streak to five and put the first blemish on his opponent’s bare-knuckle record in the process.
Alan Belcher has made a big splash on the bare-knuckle boxing scene since his debut in the sport. He made his first walk to the ring in this sport at BKFC 20 in August 2021. Since then Belcher has already punched his ticket to a title fight. The former UFC middleweight has reinvented himself as a BKFC heavyweight and is 3-0 in the sport as of this writing.
Belcher is also keeping active on the gloved boxing scene (where he is 5-0 as a pro) while he is solidified as BKFC’s number-one contender at heavyweight. This calendar year, Alan Belcher won consecutive BKFC bouts while winning all three of his Queensberry Rules boxing bouts too.
His last BKFC fight was in June. Belcher was able to dispatch brick-fisted Frank Tate via knockout in less than ninety seconds. In fact, ‘The Talent’ garnered a one hundred percent finishing rate across his handful of 2022 fights.
