Bellator 263: Georgi Karakhanyan warns Kiefer Crosbie “It is very dangerous to fight someone like me”

Interview with Georgi Karakhanyan above

Bellator‘s Georgi Karakhanyan is ready to showcase why he is such a fan favorite for the promotion. This weekend, Bellator 263 is, on paper, the best ever Bellator card we have ever seen. Karakhanyan is set to battle SBG’s (Straight Blast Gym) Kiefer Crosbie, and the two aren’t on the friendliest of terms.

“I’m looking to go out there and beat another Irish guy,” Karakhanyan told MyMMANews. “He messaged me, told me he was going to beat me up pretty bad, so I’m looking forward to that. I should be able to take the fight anywhere I want to. You try to trade with me, I’m going to knock you out,” Karakhanyan continued. “He sent me a message on instagram, ‘get ready to retire’. It is very dangerous to fight someone like me.”

The Irish guy sweepstakes doesn’t end with Crosbie. Karakhanyan has his eyes set on another Dublin native, even a teammate of Crosbie, someone who has played a major role as a training partner for Conor McGregor in recent years. Someone who is also eyeing Bellator gold, Mr. Peter Queally.

“There is another one on my list,” Karakhanyan stated. “Once I get done with this one, I would like to share the cage with this fighter. Peter Queally, he just had a great fight with Patricky. I think we match up really good, he’s much taller than me but I’m okay with that.”
