Bibiano Fernandes vs John Lineker has a new date once again.
This ONE Championship bantamweight title clash goes down at ONE: Lights Out on March 11th live from Singapore Indoor Stadium.
MMA Fighting was the first to report the news on this latest pursuit in booking Fernandes’ title defense against Lineker.
This long-awaited prizefight has been rescheduled multiple times already.
December 5th was the initial date for the clash at 135 pounds. But the event fell by the wayside due to the COVID 19 landscape in Singapore at the time.
February 11th became the amended fight night for Fernandes versus Lineker. But the latter combatant testing positive for COVID derailed those plans set for ONE: Bad Blood.

Fernandes last competed under the ONE Championship banner over two years ago. The Flash submitted Kevin Belingon in the second stanza of their fourth fight. This transpired at ONE Century part two in October 2019.
Fernandes is regarded by many as the most accomplished fighter in the decade-plus history of ONE Championship.
Over the course of his illustrious MMA career, he has scored several significant victories. Fernandes has garnered meaningful wins over Joe Warren, Joachim Hansen, Martin Nguyen, the aforementioned Belingon, Reece McLaren, Masakatsu Ueda, and Yoshiro Maeda to invoke a few examples.
Lineker is now 3-0 inside the ONE Circle. The UFC veteran has showcased in back-to-back outings why his nickname is Hands of Stone.
Lineker has secured impressive victories against Kevin Belingon, Marlon Vera, Rob Font, Ian McCall, Michael McDonald, John Dodson, and Troy Worthen to name a few.
This will be the second mixed martial arts contest inside the ONE Circle that night that will see a world title on the line.
