BRAVE CF announces debut in France; set to become the most traveled organization in MMA
BRAVE Combat Federation will once again be the most traveled organization in mixed martial arts when it lands in Nantes, on September 7, for its debut event in France. The show will take place in association with leading French organization Hexagone MMA and will make France the 29th country to host a BRAVE CF show in less than seven years of operations – an absolute record in the MMA industry.
The announcement for the momentous partnership between BRAVE CF and Hexagone MMA was made during a special press conference in Nantes, hosted by the H Arena, where the event will take place on September 7.
Mohammed Shahid, president of BRAVE CF, was joined by Laurent and Jerome Pourrut, co-presidents of Hexagone MMA, as well as Gael Pelletier, president of H Arena. Mr. Shahid spoke of his excitement to launch BRAVE Combat Federation in France, and why it is such an important occasion for the organization and for mixed martial arts in the country and continent.
”This is a historic moment for BRAVE Combat Federation. The launch of BRAVE CF in France makes it the most global MMA organization, being the only promotion to be hosted in 29 countries and five continents. This event will see the sporting value of mixed martial arts impact France. The best French athletes will get the biggest global opportunities, while the eyes of mixed martial arts will be on France’’, said Mr. Shahid, who also thanked the city of Nantes, as well as Hexagone MMA, for their support.
“BRAVE CF is excited to bring this historic night to Nantes, and we thank the City for making history happen. We are confident this event will be a mega success – and with the Hexagone MMA partnership, we can guarantee the best entertainment value for the MMA fans in France with some of the best fighters in France and the world in action’’.
