Cage Warriors 115

Cage Warriors 115 books Nathias Frederick vs. Jamie Richardson

Cage Warriors 115 books a title fight for their September 25th card in Manchester. The bout pits Nathias Frederick, who holds the Cage Warriors middleweight title, against Jamie Richardson. The fight will go down at the Bec Arena in Manchester, England and will air on UFC FightPass.

Nathias Frederick comes into Cage Warriors 115 at 8-2-1. He captured the Cage Warriors belt last November against James Webb at Cage Warriors 111. The two originally fought a year ago and went to a majority draw. Frederick lost his first two professional fights. Since then, he rattled off eight wins and a draw. Frederick was supposed to fight Andreas Michailidis in April before the event was canceled due to COVID-19.

Opposite of Frederick, Jamie Richardson comes in at 9-5. He hopes to become a champion at CW115. He’s rattled off three wins straight in Cage Warriors with two wins against Phill Wells and Matthew Bonner. He is ready to take his time to shine coming into this card.

“These guys never take a backwards step,” said Cage Warriors President Graham Boylan, on the willingness of these guys to fight and fight soon. Boylan is excited for the title to be on the line with these two young fighters.

“We knew this one had fight of the night written all over it from the moment it was signed. Styles make fights, and I’m predicting carnage on September 25th – and the stakes are even higher with the title on the line.”

Building Cage Warriors 115

Cage Warriors 115 is just starting to take shape. In addition to the title fight between Frederick and Richardson, Cage Warriors announced two other fights for the middle card of their trilogy of cards on that weekend. Former champion, James Webb, will take on Craig White and Ian Garry and George McManus in a welterweight.
