Cage Wars 40 Night of Champions

Cage Wars 40: Night Of Champions – One Of Their Biggest Cards Yet

Cage Wars 40: Night of Champions is one of Cage Wars biggest cards yet and almost all Cage Wars champions will be defending their title February 9, 2019 at the Rivers Casino and Resort in Schenectady, NY.

There is one bout that is not a Cage Wars title fight, as it is a USMTA title fight and that is the first fight listed below between Travis Streeter vs Bob Buskey. Buskey is just coming off of a quick win after knocking out his opponent Shane Seccombe early in the first round at Cage Wars 39.

Not all fights are title fights on the Cage Wars 40: Night of Champions card. As you read the Night of Champions card below you will see the fights toward the end are not title fights but will be just as exciting.

Adam Barrett is always a fan favorite in the Upstate NY area and always comes prepared to fight as well as giving 110% in the cage. Cole Alaxanian is coming of a win from his last fight at Cage Wars 39. Cole made quick work of his opponent and added a 1 in the win column via rear naked choke early in the first round.

One fight we haven’t heard of yet for Cage Wars 40: Night of Champions is the newly crowned Cage Wars heavyweight champion Jeremy Woolfolk. Jeremy won his Cage Wars title at Cage Wars 39 defeating Matt Boyce in the 2nd round via TKO. We know Jeremy recently fought for Reality Fighting on 1-5-2019 and won the bout via neck crank with :45 seconds on the clock in the first round against Matt Tappero. Hopefully Jeremy will be added to the card at a later date.
