Scorpion MMA head coach Dan Golkar talks about Jeremy Kennedy’s preparations for Adam Borics at Bellator 256 on April 9th. Dan also talks about the latest with UFC lightweight Tristan Connelly and a number of Canadian prospects he works with that we could see on DWCS soon. Dan believes Kennedy’s matchup against Borics is a chance to showcase the Canadian’s talent on April 9th.
“I think it’s a long time coming. Unfortunately with Jeremy’s UFC stint, after (Alex) Volkaonvski, we didn’t get a chance to prove how good he was. This gives him the opportunity again, one of the top 5/6 guys in Bellator’s stacked 145-pound division. Whoever Jeremy fights after this (win) will be even that much tougher.”
