Cole Miller Tears Ligaments in Left Thumb – Diego Brandao to Fight Conor McGregor
UFC.com reported that Cole Miller (21-8) has suffered torn ligaments in his left thumb, and he has withdrawn from UFC Fight Night 46 in Dublin, Ireland.
Miller was scheduled to fight Conor McGregor (14-2) in the night’s headliner. The two have become bitter rivals drawing more interest to the fight.
Diego Brandao has agreed to step in and fight McGregor at the O2 Arena on July 19.
Brandao (18-9) last fought in December, losing to Dustin Poirier via TKO, and will look to bounce back in a deep talented featherweight division.
