Conor McGregor surprises fans at bar, pours shots of Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple Whiskey
Ultimate Fighter season 31 coach and former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor was a surprise bartender this week at the famed Mustang Harry’s bar, serving up shots of his newly released Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple Whiskey.
Mustang Harry’s is an Irish sports pub and restaurant in Midtown New York near Madison Square Garden. It is known as the “Official Broncos, Ravens, TTU Football, NY Rangers, NYC Huskers and UFC fan headquarters.”
McGregor visited the Garden to watch the New York Rangers and the Washington Capitals hockey game and spend time with fans.
McGregor shared images and clips on his Instagram account.

During his tour of the Big Apple, McGregor also donated $1m to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which provides mortgage-free homes to fallen first responder and military families.
On the Proper Whiskey website it states, “FOR EVERY BOTTLE SOLD, WE ARE PROUD TO DONATE TO FIRST RESPONDERS AROUND THE WORLD.
PROPER NO. TWELVE DONATES $5 PER CASE ON ALL PRODUCTS UP TO $1,000,000 ANNUALLY.”
The Foundation then tweeted their thanks, saying: “This donation marks $3.7m donated by Proper No. Twelve to Tunnel to Towers. Thank you, Conor McGregor. We could not be more grateful.”
