Dana White on Michael ‘Venom’ Page – “He’s a kid that we’re definitely interested in”
Former Bellator MMA star Michael ‘Venom’ Page was in Abu Dhabi over the weekend and attended the explosive UFC 294 fight card at Etihad Arena.
Page was accompanied by manager Audie Attar to the card headlined by a lightweight title bout between champion Islam Makhachev and featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski.
It was not the first time that Page attended a UFC event and or received airtime as the cameras panned the audience. Earlier this year, when the UFC was in London (Page’s hometown in England), the welterweight star was in the audience and that is when rumors of talks with the UFC began to circulate.

“He’s a kid that we’re definitely interested in,” White said of Page on Saturday at the UFC 294 post-fight press conference. “He’s interested too. Possibly.”

Page currently holds a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) record of 21-2. Last summer Bellator MMA allowed Page to do a little bit of cross promotion as he ventured into the world of bare knuckle fighting in a bout against Mike Perry for BKFC. Perry would win a majority decision in that out. Page then returned to MMA, defeating Goiti Yamauchi in just 26 seconds in March 2023.
