Dana White’s Contender Series: Season 5, Week 2 Results
Dana White’s Contender Series is back again after a historic moment last week when Laura Sanko made history by becoming the first female to do color commentary at a UFC event.
Tonight in the second episode of the fifth season, five fights are scheduled to take place inside of the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
The featured bout of the evening will be in the welterweight division as undefeated prospect Josh Quinlan takes on Logan Urban. Urban took the fight on short notice after Darian Weeks was forced out of the fight due to COVID-19 protocols.
Another notable thing to happen before tonight’s fight’s came at yesterday’s weigh ins when C.J. Vergara originally missed weight for his flyweight bout against Bruno Korea. Vergara was given another hour to make weight and he did so successfully.
