Devin Jacksland Cage Wars 40 MMA Interview | Carroll’s Corner MMA Podcast

On February 9, 2019, Devin Jacksland will be returning to upstate New York to fight James Carroll (No Relation) on Cage Wars 40: Night of Champions fight card. Cage Wars 40 returns to Rivers Casino and Resort in Schenectady, New York, the first of their five agreed upon events in 2019. Doors are expected to swing open at 5:30 PM and fights start at 7 PM eastern standard time.

In a welterweight matchup, Jacksland (1-0) will be fighting James Carroll (0-2) of Tennessee. After Jacksland split decision victory over Curtis Doolen, He made the decision to head south and train at a new gym. He mentions how he only wants to train with fighters better than himself.

In the interview, Jacksland speaks about his goals within the sport of mixed martial arts, what he has to do before turning pro and much more. In addition to his future, Jacksland discusses his background, why he started training in MMA and his past that has molded him into the man he is today.
