Did Priscila Cachoeira try to expose Miranda Maverick’s breasts at UFC 291?
Priscila Cachoeira came up short in her bout against Miranda Maverick at UFC 291 on Saturday in Salt Lake, Utah. Aside from the loss, Cachoeira is now being questioned about her fight integrity as video has been circulating that insinuates the Brazilian fighter may have been playing dirty.
First the 34-year-old “Zombie Girl” had grabbed the octagon cage in attempts from being taken down to the canvas. Maverick also accused her opponent of keeping her fingers straight and pointed throughout the contest in attempt for eye pokes. Then while Maverick was taking Cachoeira down, it looked like Miranda was about to have her breasts pulled from her fight gear as Cachoeira put her hand in her top in what could have been a forced attempt at a wardrobe malfunction.
“Priscila Cachoeira is the direst fighter in the UFC. She intentionally tried to pull Miranda Maverick’s boobs out mid fight #UFC291” said a tweet from @MMAJOEYC along with video.

“At some point, you gotta say it’s a point [deduction],” Maverick said during her appearance at the post-event press conference. “She stuck her fingers up straight the entire fight pretty much and there was no chance she was just trying to push me off. There was no flat hands. I had warned the ref beforehand and to be honest, he did about as good of a job as I’ve seen any ref do. I said ‘Listen, I don’t want poked in the eyes in this fight.’ That was my main priority and he was like, ‘Alright, we’ll watch out for it.’
“You know, I hope the whole world didn’t see me, but they probably did,” Maverick said while gesturing to her chest. “I guess that’s part of the risk of fighting, but it’s very frustrating and it made me go in there that much angrier every round.”
Miranda Maverick is NOT happy with Priscila Cachoeira pulling her shirt down mid-fight.
