Donald Cerrone sends warning to Conor McGregor

The UFC 246 pre-fight press conference will be held on Wednesday, and everyone is expecting Conor McGregor to have witty remarks, including his opponent, Donald Cerrone.

“Cowboy” Cerrone knows comments are coming from McGregor and he told MMA Fighting that he’s not getting worked up, but he’s warning McGregor not to cross the line.

“He’s the best at it,” Cerrone told MMAFighting. “The thing is, you’d really have to go low, talk about my grandma or my kid and then it would put it on another level.

Cerrone is confident that McGregor won’t go that low, but if he does Cerrone plans on going after McGregor.

“Then I’ll just come fuck you up in the lobby type shit. I don’t think it’s ever going to go that way. He understands that. We’re fighting, he can talk about that all he wants, but don’t low blow.”

“The Notorious” has brought up opponents’ family members in the past, including the wife of his rival Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Cerrone and McGregor will fight at welterweight at UFC 246 on Jan. 18th. The fight will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
