Douglas Lima set to face Jason Jackson at Bellator London co-main event

Douglas Lima will look to return to the win column when he takes on Jason Jackson at Bellator London.

Lima is currently on a three-fight losing streak and on Tuesday, Bellator announced he will take on Jackson in the co-main event of Bellator London on May 13. The main event will see welterweight champ, Yaroslav Amosov looking to defend his belt against Michael Page.

Douglas Lima (32-10) is coming off a split decision loss to Michael Page back at Bellator 267 in October. He’s a three-time welterweight champion with notable wins over MacDonald, Paul Daley, Ben Saunders, and Lorenz Larkin among others. He’s currently ranked second in Bellator’s welterweight division.

Prior to that, he beat Neiman Gracie, Benson Henderson, Jordan Mein, and Kiichi Kunimoto by decision. In his Bellator debut, he dropped a decision to Ed Ruth but the third-ranked welterweight is also the former LFA welterweight champion.

Bellator London goes down on May 13 at OVO Arena Wembley with the welterweight title on the line in the main event. The full card has not been announced but the event has its main and co-main event.
