Dustin Jacoby discusses his first career UFC win at UFC Vegas 12
Dustin Jacoby has been having a great year so far.
Over the summer, Jacoby picked up a win on Dana White’s Contender Series to earn a UFC contract. The ironic thing about his UFC signing was the fact that it became his second UFC stint.
Jacoby was young when he first made the walk to the octagon and he lost two fights and was cut by the UFC. After being cut by the UFC, Jacoby went on to have a great kickboxing career in the Glory promotion.
Now Jacoby is in a completely different spot as he’s a poised pro whose ready to make an impact on the sport of mixed martial arts.
Last weekend at UFC Vegas 12, Jacoby fought in his first fight since the contender series. In the fight he picked up his career UFC win by showcasing his standup skills. Jacoby used great legs to wound Justin Ledet before eventually picking up a quick first round TKO victory.
