Eryk Anders gets his wish – Fights Lyoto Machida in Brazil headliner
Last weekend at UFC Fresno, UFC middleweight Eryk Anders got the win over Markus Perez. Following the contest, the former football star called for a fight with former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida.
Just yesterday Anders joined the SFLC Podcast where he continued to talk about wanting the fight with ‘The Dragon’.
Today, the fight was made official and it was headline UFC Fight Night at Mangueirinho Arena in Belem, Brazil on February 3.
‘Ya Boy’ Anders is undefeated at 10-0, two of those fights inside the UFC octagon, most recently the unanimous decision over Perez.
Machida (22-8) is coming off three straight losses to Luke Rockhold, Yoel Romero, and Derek Brunson.
