He defeated Jonathon Jackson by D’arce Choke at V3 Fights last June in front of Dana to get the opportunity. He trains at The MMA Lab in Arizona w Ben Henderson John Crouch.

We discussed Henry’s training with UFC Lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov’s striking coach, his wrestling training with Eric Albarracin, what went wrong with the first fight, and what he’s prepared for this time.
