Invicta Fighting Championships will hold Invicta FC 22 from the Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Missouri, tomorrow night.
Three women missed weight today during the early weigh-ins. As a result each were fined 25 percent of their purse. Thus far the Jinh Yu Frey vs. Janaisa Morandin fight has been cancelled. No word yet on the other two.
In the main event, a rematch of the controversial bantamweight title fight that took place in December 2016 between champion Tonya Evinger and challenger Yana Kunitskaya. Initially ruled a submission victory for Kunitskaya, the result of their first meeting was overturned and deemed a no-contest following a ruling by the Missouri Office of Athletics.
