Invicta FC 27 weigh-in results – Two fighters miss weight, fined

Tomorrow, Jan. 13, Invicta Fighting Championships returns to Scottish Rite Temple for Invicta FC 27, headlined by returning veteran Sarah Kaufman (18-4, 1 NC) taking on former Cage Warriors bantamweight champion Pannie “Banzai” Kianzad (8-2).

The nine-fight card streams live and exclusively via UFC FIGHT PASS at 7 p.m. CT.

Bantamweight Bout: Pannie Kianzad (136.7 lb)1 vs. Sarah Kaufman (135.4 lb)
Flyweight Bout: Vanessa Porto (125.3 lb) vs. Mariana Morais (124.6 lb)
Strawweight Bout: Sharon Jacobson (115.7 lb) vs. Ashley Nichols (115.3 lb)
Atomweight Bout: Ashley Cummins (105.6 lb) vs. Stephanie Alba (106 lb)
Flyweight Bout: Cheri Muraski (125.4 lb) vs. Brogan Walker-Sanchez (125.4 lb)
Featherweight Bout: Felicia Spencer (146 lb) vs. Akeela Al-Hameed (144.7 lb)
Strawweight Bout: Mallory Martin (115.3 lb) vs. Tiffany Masters (117.4 lb)2
Atomweight Bout: Mellissa Wang (104.3 lb) vs. Loma Lookboonmee (105.9 lb)
Strawweight Bout: Jade Ripley (115.9 lb) vs. Helen Peralta (115.6 lb)

1, 2 Kianzad and Masters both missed weight for their respective bouts and were fined 25 percent of their purses.
