Israel Galvan hopes to earn a UFC contract with a Peak Fighting 30 victory

Israel Galvan (5-3) discusses his flyweight fight against Jesus Urbina (9-7) at Peak Fighting 30 on July 15. Israel also spoke about his loss to Christian Natividad, drama with Mitch Raposo (and how that fight got cancelled) and how he thinks a win will lead to a UFC contract.

“I’ll be waiting for the call whenever; however, it comes. If it’s a late replacement, I’ll take it. If it’s DWCS, I’ll be there. I’m never going to run away from a fight, never have, never will.”

Peak Fighting 30 fight card:

Kris Vereen vs. Evan Cutts – 170 lbs
Jesus Urbina vs. Israel Galvan – 125 lbs
Colton Loud vs. Orlando Ortega – 125 lbs
Korey Sutcliffe vs. Xavier Franklin – 135 lbs
