Jake Paul Reportedly Targeting Jorge Masvidal or Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. For Next Bout
Jake Paul is coming fresh off his viral knockout over Tyron Woodley this past weekend and he already reportedly has two opponents in mind. According to Talk Sport writer Michael Benson, Paul is targeting a big fish next as he’s called for fights with both Jorge Masvidal and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Jake Paul has publicly offered Jorge Masvidal $5million plus a percentage of PPV sales to fight him next: "Let's make it happen. That's the most you'll ever have gotten paid. Daddy Dana just has to let you out of your contract. You work for the UFC, you're a bitch." [IMPAULSIVE]

The Jake Paul Effect
Jake Paul is all the rage in boxing. After having fought some rather unscrupulous bouts with Ben Askren, Nate Robinson and more, Paul gained more respect after rematching former UFC welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley, on short notice and knocking him out in brutal fashion. Boxers and media alike are coming around to him and are catching on to what he’s doing.
Not one to miss an opportunity, Paul is already looking for his next check. Jorge Masvidal, as seen up top, has been offered $5 million to fight Jake Paul. The only caveat to that is Masvidal is under contract with the UFC. This isn’t impossible to get around, we’ve seen this with Conor McGregor going fight Floyd Mayweather with the UFC and Dana White at his side. But the probability on this fight happening will likely be slim to none.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is the other fight mentioned by Benson. Chavez Jr., the son of the great Julio Cesar Chavez, last fought MMA legend Anderson Silva in June, with Silva winning by decision. Chavez Jr. came back and won a decision earlier this month against David Zegarra. Chavez Jr. has sixty pro fights and fights at 170.
Jake Paul has the entire combat sports world calling him out and it translates to eyes and money. Jake Paul and his brother, Logan, have taken the boxing world hostage. They bring all the money and promoters are salivating over the idea.
