25-year-old James Gallagher (11-2-0) has been raised under the Bellator banner since joining the promotion back in 2016. With the promotion, he has secured 9 wins, including wins over Steven Graham, Roman Salazar, and Cal Ellenor. The submission ace took a loss to Patchy Mix in his last outing but will be looking to get back in the win column in front of his home crowd.
Gallagher will meet an MMA vet in Johns (18-3-0) who made his way to the Bellator cage after a four-year stint in the UFC. As a UFC bantamweight contender, he collected wins over the likes of Joe Soto, Tony Gravely, and Montel Jackson. Having defeated Khurshed Kakhorov at Bellator 275, he will be looking to break into the top ten with a win over Gallagher.
The event will also feature an anticipated light heavyweight weight showdown between Yoel Romero and Melvin Manhoef and a lightweight scrap between Benson Henderson and Peter Queally.
Benson Henderson vs. Peter Queally -155 lbs
