Jon Jones’ mother passes away after battle with Diabetes

A very sad day today as Camille Jones, mother of former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has passed away after a battle with Diabetes.  TMZ reported the story earlier today.

Arther Jones, one of to brothers to Jon, broke the sad news on social media, saying, “It’s hard to [accept] the fact that my mother is not with me anymore.”

He added, “She went to be with my sister in heaven. No more pain & suffering.”

“Mom, I love you so much!”

Camille is survived by her husband Arthur, two sons Arthur III and Chandler who both play in the NFL, and Jon.

Jon will fight Daniel Cormier in a rematch in the main event of UFC 214 in Anaheim at the end of July.
