Kafele Mensah vomits during MMA fight – “It was Grape f***in Gatorade”
Kafele Mensah was fighting Josh Spatz in an amateur lightweight contest at Dynasty Combat Sports 91 on Friday night when the Nebraska-based fighter threw up inside the cage.
As a result of the loss of bodily fluid, Spatz was declared the victor in the contest.
On Facebook, Mensah later said, “Ngl that was fun asf I was on his ass the whole time for those who seen y’all know and if u want to know what drink it was lol Grape fuckin Gatorade 😂🥋”
