Khamzat Chimaev to Conor McGregor: “We will help you”

Surging welterweight Khamzat Chimaev and middleweight Darren Till made former UFC double champion, Conor McGregor, an enticing offer over the weekend.

In recent weeks, Till made the move to Stockholm, Sweden to train with Chimaev.

Following Till’s jump to middleweight, he has gone 1-2, most recently suffering a loss at the hands of Derek Brunson at UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Till. Since then, he has been training with Chimaev. Till tells ESPN that the rising welterweight star is a man who he believes is “the type of guy like me…a guy who trains hard, he’s a little bit crazy.”

Now, the duo has formed what seems to be a strong bond. However, the two are willing to turn their duo into a trio as they invite McGregor to come train with them.

Khamzat Chimaev posted the offer on Twitter, telling McGregor “If you want to come back we will help you, we are waiting for you in our camp.”

The offer comes at a time when McGregor seems to have some changes to make. He is coming off of consecutive losses to Dustin Poirier and has gone 1-3 in his last four walks to the octagon.

Though McGregor is unlikely to take the two up on their offer, it would be quite the team of stars if the three did get together.

Also, if McGregor is considering a move up to welterweight, what better talents could he train with to make that move than Till and Chimaev?
