King Green crashes custom Range Rover live on stream

UFC lightweight King Green (formerly Bobby Green) was involved in a car accident Sunday night while livestreaming on social media.

The 40-year-old veteran was behind the wheel of his customized Range Rover when he allegedly ran a red light. A silver Jeep Compass making a left turn then collided with his vehicle.

“We just got in a car accident,” Green told viewers during his livestream shortly after the crash. “Hopefully the people are okay.”

Green later revealed that his beloved vehicle, which he affectionately called “my baby,” had been totaled in the collision.

Expressing disbelief over what happened, Green questioned the other driver’s decision to turn, insisting that he had a green light at the time of the crash.

“Why would she do that?” Green said. “Bro, I think she knows she fucked up.”

Despite the shock of the incident, Green eventually summed up the situation with a simple response: “Sh*t happens.”

The accident comes shortly after Green’s latest appearance in the Octagon. Earlier this month, he suffered a knockout loss to Esteban Ribovics at UFC 332, bringing his professional MMA record to 36-18-1.

Before that defeat, Green had been enjoying a four-fight winning streak, with his last three victories coming by stoppage.
