LFA 20 Results – Nick Barnes vs. Chad Curry

Josh Barnett & Cat Zingano Help Ron Kruck Call The Fights Tonight on AXS TV

The Welterweights top off the card tonight as former RFA Welterweight title challenger, Nick “The Phoenix” Barnes (11-2) took on the #4 ranked Chad “Blitz” Curry (9-1). Curry has finished all 9 of his opponents while seven of Barnes’ eleven wins have come in the first round, so don’t blink during this one!

The co-main event featured RFA veteran, Bobby “The Wolfman” Moffett (9-2), who was set to take on “Nasty” Nate Jennerman (9-2) who is already 1-0 with LFA. Jennerman has a purple belt in BJJ & Moffett has a black belt in BJJ, so watch for great grappling & slick transitions in this bout.

Flyweight: Kelly Kobold-Schmitz vs. Christine Stanley ruled a draw (29-27, 29-27, 28-28)
Lightweight – Travis Perzynski defeated Carl Wittstock via technical submission (rear-naked choke) – Round 1, 1:45
Lightweight – Bobby Lee defeated Ashkan Morvari defeated split decision (28-29, 29-28, 29-28)
Lightweight – Jeff Peterson defeated Brandon Jenkins via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)
Featherweight – Shawn West defeated Melvin Blumer TKO – Round 3, 1:27
