Legacy Fighting Alliance will return with its 95th event live at Hartman Arena in Park City, Kansas. In the night’s main event, two-division GLORY champion Alex Pereira will make his highly anticipated MMA return against Thomas Powell.

Alex Pereira (2-1 MMA) reached the vertex of kickboxing in 2017, capturing the GLORY middleweight championship. Israel Adesanya’s success in MMA & UFC launched his career into a different level given the fact Pereira was the only man to ever KO “The Last Stylebender” under kickboxing rule set. Moving to the United States to train with Teixeira (Glover) for his first MMA camp in five years, when he improved to 2-1 in the sport with a knockout win over then undefeated Marcus Vinicius (6-0 at the time) at Jungle Fight 87 in 2016.. “Poatan” came out and said he was smashed for weeks by the UFC contender in grappling and wrestling practice, but that’s what got him ready for it.

Thomas Powell (4-4), has had an up and down career, alternating between wins and losses in his last six fights. He is however coming off of a win at Ring of Combat 70 over Chase Gamble.

Alex Pereira will now take on Thomas Powell in his first fight back to MMA in over 4 years on Friday the 20th of November 2020.

The event airs live on UFC Fight Pass at 9 p.m. ET. Check back here following the event for the full live results as they happen.
