Lightweight prospect Tyson Hicks fighting with a heavy heart ahead of Shamrock FC 345

Interview with Tyson Hicks below

Tyson Hicks (1-0) discusses his lightweight fight against Cody Johanningsmeier (0-1) at Shamrock FC 345 on June 10. Tyson also spoke about balancing his day job with fighting, cross training for this camp and why he’s fighting for more than just a paycheck on June 10.

“I’m dedicating this fight to my aunt, who I lost on Easter Sunday. She was a big supporter of mine, so I promised her a win as well. That’s been kind of heavy on my heart, I’ve had a lot of bottled up. Truthfully, I can’t go in there and let her down. I’m coming to get this for her, it’s just another day as an office. I’m coming to handle business.”

Shamrock FC 345 goes down at the River City Casino Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri. In the main event of the evening Bobby Voelker faces off Jeremiah Curtright. Who will come out on top?
