Three title bouts set for historic Lion Fight – MTGP event in London
All fighters made weight, including the six involved in a trio of title bouts, as Lion Fight Promotions and Muay Thai Grand Prix partner up for the history-making Muay Thai Grand Prix presents Lion Fight 39 card taking place on Saturday, November 18th at the Indigo at O2 Arena in London, England.
The nine-fight main card will air live on www.FloCombat.com beginning at 7 p.m. in the United Kingdom, and 2 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. PT in the United States.

Topping the lineup is a two-title showdown. Reigning Lion Fight world cruiserweight champion Chip “The Surgeon” Moraza-Pollard (5-0) puts his belt on the line and also vies for the vacant MTGP world cruiserweight championship as he takes on Jordan “The Prophesy” Smith (11-0).
Moraza-Pollard weighed in at 181.7 lbs. (82.4 kg) with Smith stepping off the scale at 181.9 lbs. (82.5 kg).
Due to both of their scheduled opponents unable to compete due to illness, Jose Varela and Amine Ballafrikh opted to face each in a clash for Varela’s MTGP super featherweight title. Varela (42-13-1), who was originally slated to take on Keith McLachlan, toed in at 129.9 lbs. (58.9 kg). Meanwhile, Ballafrikh (9-3), who had been set to do battle against Dean Jones for the featherweight crown, weighed in at 130.1 lbs. (59.0 kg).
The first of the three title bouts will see Ryan Li (15-3) square off against James Benal for the MTGP world light heavyweight belt. Li weighed in at 176.1 lbs. (79.9 kg) with Benal registering at 175.9 lbs. (79.8 kg).
