Mickey Gall coming off best training camp ever; excited for fight against Alex Morono
Mickey Gall has looked better and better each time he steps in the octagon.
Now coming into his tenth UFC fight, Gall is expecting to keep seeing strides in his improvement as he just finished up what he believes was the best training camp of his career. Over the course of the past eight weeks, Gall has been working hard as he’s preparing for his UFC Vegas 44 bout with Alex Morono this Saturday.
If Gall is to win, he’ll keep a lot of momentum on his side. Not only will a victory put Gall on back-to-back wins for this first time since he started his career at 4-0, but it will also add to the success at his home gym of Gracie New Jersey Academy. In September, five of Gall’s teammates fought at Maverick 17, a regional promotion in Pennsylvania, and all five of Gall’s teammates picked up wins on the card.
Prior to his UFC Vegas 44 matchup with Morono, Gall spoke with MyMMANews about his preparation for the fight and the success his gym has recently seen. He also reacted to The Many Saints of Newark movie as the New Jersey native is a huge fan of The Sopranos.
