Nat “Wondergirl” Jaroonsak predicts “second or third round” finish ahead of ONE 157

Nat “Wondergirl” Jaroonsak makes her highly anticipated MMA debut at ONE Championship’s May 20th event.

Just over two weeks out of her MMA debut, the 50-fight Muay Thai veteran and two-time national titleholder has made a bold prediction for the bout.

In an interview with ONE Championship, Jaroonsak said, “I’ll win this fight by rear-naked choke in the second or third round.”

She continued, “Even though she’s training wrestling and BJJ to beat me, I’m not scared. I’ve been training [MMA] for like two years already. I’m not just Muay Thai or striking.”

Nat Jaroonsak is right; she’s not just an expert in Muay Thai and striking. She also obtains a blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu and has been dedicated to learning the art of grappling and wrestling.

On May 20th, the 23-year-old will meet undefeated strawweight Zeba Bano.

Bano (6-0) holds five finishes on her record and will be making her ONE FC promotional debut come ONE 157

The event will be held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on May 20th. The main and co-main events will feature a featherweight Muay Thai championship bout between champion Petchmorakot Petchyindee and Jimmy Vienot and a strawweight Muay Thai championship bout between champion Prajanchai PK.Saenchai and Joseph Lasiri.
