Ottman Azaitar finishes Khama Worthy in first round to remain perfect

UFC’s long run inside the Apex continues with UFC on ESPN+ 36 tonight, Saturday, Sept. 12.

Headlining the event is a women’s strawweight fight between Michelle Waterson and Angela Hill. The co-main event features two rising lightweights in Khama Worthy and unbeaten prospect Ottman Azaitar.

Worthy made a big push early on in his UFC career, rattling off back-to-back stoppages against Luis Pena and Devonte Smith to remain unbeaten inside the octagon.

The Pittsburgh native is currently riding a seven-fight win streak.

Azaitar is a year removed from UFC-debut win, knocking out Teemu Packalen in the first round at UFC 242 in September 2019.

Azaitair is currently undefeated, having finished 11 of his 12 opponents.

Azaitar lands a right hook and puts Worthy down. Azaitar jumps on Worthy, looking for the finish.Referee Herb Dean is forced to jump in for the TKO stoppage.
