Paige VanZant vs Charisa Sigala added to BKFC London – BKFC 27
Former UFC star turned bare knuckle fighting competitor Paige VanZant will fight Charisa Sigala at BKFC 27 also known as BKFC London on August 20.
“I think it’s going to add a lot of hype to this card,” Feldman told Damon Martin of MMA Fighting who was first to report the news. “I know Paige is loved in the U.K., at least all the tabloids and everything like that, they love writing about her, so now we’re going to give them something to write about. I think it was just a great addition to an unbelievable main event and this undercard is just stacked.”
VanZant is still eager to earn her first victory in the BKFC squared circle after dropping consecutive bouts to Britain Hart and Rachael Ostovich.
Sigala is a four-fight veteran of BKFC. She dropped back-to-back decisions to Taylor Starling and Pearl Gonzalez, followed by a victory over Jessica Link, and then a draw against Angela Danzig.
The BKFC London card, which takes place at the at the OVO Arena Wembley, is headlined by Bellator MMA star Michael ‘Venom’ Page vs. ‘Platinum’ Mike Perry.
