Paul Daley and Sabah Homasi booked for a third time at Bellator 257
Paul Daley and Sabah Homasi are hoping the third time will be the charm.
After being booked twice to the fight and never actually meeting inside the of the Bellator cage. Their first booking was in October 2019, but the fight was canceled when Homasi was forced to pull out of the fight with an injury. Bellator then rebooked the two in March 2020 and they even had a heated faced off at the weigh ins prior to the fight, only to have the event get canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Now MMA Junkie reported that the two have been booked for a third time. This time they are scheduled to fight at Bellator 257 on April 16.
Daley (42-17-2) is coming off back-to-back wins over Erick Silva and Saad Awad. He holds a 8-4 record under the Bellator banner.
Homasi (15-8) has been on a roll as late by winning his past four fights. He has defeated Muhammed Abdullah, Micah Terrill, Curtis Millender and Bobby Voelker over the course of his winning streak. He fought twice in 2020 with his last fight coming against Voelker at Bellator 250.
Bellator 257 will take place at the Mohegan Sun Arena and the fights will air live on Showtime.
