PFL and Bellator proudly showcasing worldwide talent in double-event weekend across the globe

Business has increasingly picked up for the PFL and Bellator as both separate promotions and together as one. Since merging together at the beginning of this year, both PFL and Bellator have run separate events and carried on business as usual in their own way. The 2024 PFL season is currently in the second round, with the women’s flyweight and men’s heavyweight playoffs already set and the men’s lightweight, light heavyweight, welterweight and featherweight divisions soon to follow.

With eight events on the calendar for 2024, Bellator Champions Series returns this weekend in Dublin, Ireland, which will be headlined by a welterweight title fight that sees champion Jason Jackson defending his title against undefeated Ramazan Kuramagomedov. Not only is there a title fight atop the marquee, but there will be a total of fourteen fights on the night, showcasing six of the best fighters in Ireland. Feeding the hometown crowd their hometown fighters, Bellator continuously presents they have talent all over the world.

Not only do the very best fighters on their roster compete for $1 million grand prize and a PFL world title during the PFL regular season, but the next wave of European and global stars climb the ranks in the PFL Europe season as well. Combine the multiple platforms that PFL gives fans all over the world with the continued business of Bellator Champions Series, the merger between both companies continues to show a rise in talent, production, and popularity.

Although every weekend won’t see back-to-back events between the two promotions, this special weekend will serve as a reminder to just how much talent they have on their respective rosters and their ability to showcase all of them through the multiple streaming services with ESPN+ and DAZN serving over 160 countries worldwide. Instead of fans experiencing a low coming off their high of the PFL season rolling on and waiting for another event, they’ll just have to wait 24 hours for Bellator to go down in Dublin, Ireland, a perfect atmosphere for back-to-back nights of events.

There’s not many shows in any fight promotions around the world that can put on a spectacle like Bellator events in Dublin, Ireland, from the crowd, to the Irish fighters always on the card, and the aura of fighting at the 3 Arena, the night is simply special.

Special is exactly what PFL and Bellator have set out to be as they merge in 2024. Despite criticism, speculation, and the uninformed speaking out of turn, both promotions have seen incredible turnouts from their events in the first half of the year. Not only have their shows been successful but names like Dakota Ditcheva continue to rise while Bellator saw Corey Anderson finally get the championship gold he’s chased after his entire career, proving that fighters can achieve their ultimate goals under either promotion and don’t need to look elsewhere to thrive.

A global showcase on back-to-back nights from two promotions on the rise, fans will be treated to what could very well be a symbol of the future as both PFL and Bellator continue to grow in their merger.
