PFL Announces New Programming For the Week

PFL has announced their next round of new series episodes. PFL has a multitude of series for fans developed in the COVID-19 outbreak.

Inside the Knockout’s new episode will feature Muhammad DeReese and his knockout of Valdrin Istrefi. The finish earned him a spot in the playoffs last season. The knockout was unique. Istrefi caught DeReese with a low blow. Once the fight resumed, Istrefi attempted a flying knee when DeReese was trying to touch gloves. DeReese answered with a huge right hand and ground and pound that ended the fight. Inside the Knockout is available at 11 eastern standard time on 5/27.

In Run it Back, Joao Zeferino revisits his knockout of Paul Bradley in 2018. Zeferino launched a 21 mile an hour punch that led to the end of the fight for Bradley. Run it Back will release at 8 eastern time on 5/28.

MMA at Home features PFL’s first look at MMA legend, Rory MacDonald. The episode will show MacDonald teaching fans how to throw a flying knee. MacDonald joined PFL before the 2020 season was canceled after deciding to move on from his stay in Bellator. MMA at Home comes out on 5/29 at 12 eastern.

PFL continues to make new content

PFL continues to push original content in front of it’s fans. They have released episodes with some of their biggest stars, including Kayla Harrison, Ray Cooper III, Sarah Kaufman, and more.

The promotion had to postponed their upcoming 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company vowed to keep their athletes paid and would send them a stipend because they could not fight because they were under contract with PFL. PFL intends to return to action for the 2021 season. A resume date has not been set yet.
