Ronda Rousey: I’m wrapping it up, this is definitely one of my last fights
Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show earlier today and revealed some information about her plans for the sport.
When asked by Ellen how much longer she intended to stay in the “dangerous” sport:
“Not that long, I’m wrapping it up,” the 29-year old Rousey said. “This is definitely one of my last fights.
“So everyone better watch. The show isn’t going to be around forever.”
Rousey is of course talking about her upcoming headlining December 30th fight against champion Amanda Nunes. UFC 207 takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. It will be the first time Rousey has competed since UFC 193 where she was knocked out and lost her title to Holly Holm
