Ryan Dickson on coming out of retirement to fight in XFC tournament

Interview with Ryan Dickson above – Check it out

Ryan Dickson (10-5) discusses his welterweight fight against Mike Hill (11-5-1) at XFC 43 on Nov. 11. Ryan also talks about what type of training camp he’s had, how he ended up signing with XFC and his decision to come out of retirement. Ryan says it was the COVID-19 restrictions that made him get the itch to come back and fight.

“When we got locked down, I was in a relationship and ended that. I needed to find an outlet for my energies and my focus. Being locked down and stuff, there were a couple of guys that we’re wanting to train. They were getting ready for big stuff and I decided to jump in. It was some of the best training I’ve ever had. My body feels recovered, my mind is good and my skills are better than ever.”
