Sean Brady about to unleash in the main event at LFA 49
The welterweight division in both Bellator and the UFC is loaded with talent and one of the hottest, most competitive weight-classes in mixed martial arts right now. Sean Brady feels he is ready to take that step and make his presence known. Brady (8-0) is the current CFFC 170 lb champion and is taking his talents to Legacy Fighting Alliance where he will do battle with Gil Urbina (5-0) in the main event on September 14th in Atlantic City. His fight will be broadcast live from the Golden Nugget Casino on AXS TV.
I caught up with Sean at Webb Fitness and MMA to talk about his training and preparation for the biggest fight of his life (video below). Brady is excited for the opportunity to showcase his skills to such a large audience. Working with the UFC veteran, Jonavin Webb, as well as the teams at Renzo Gracie Philly, Grindhouse MMA, Rami Elite, No Limit Gym, Semper-Fi, and his strength and conditioning at Powered By Pohler, Brady tells me that he is in the best condition of his life. You can tune in on the 14th to see for yourself.
