Gina Begley, 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt from AFS Academy in Richmond, Kentucky, demonstrates some practical options for defending the “rape choke” from the guard.
“Jellybean” Gina Begley made her professional mixed martial arts debut earlier this year at Invicta FC 12. She fell to Sijara Eubanks via TKO in Round number one. Before that Begley wrapped up a 3-2 amateur career.
