TUF 30’s Chandler Cole Hopes Showcase MMA 28 Victory Leads To UFC Contract

Chandler Cole (8-3) discusses his heavyweight title defense against Anthony Horn (8-11) at Showcase MMA 28 on Oct. 22. Chandler also spoke about his experience on TUF 30, losing weight ahead of the matchup and why he only wants to fight for the UFC, should he get a big league callup.
“I don’t want to fight anywhere else. This may kick me in the butt later, but I don’t want to fight for Bellator, I don’t want to fight for the PFL again. I don’t just want to fight in the UFC, I want to have a career in the UFC. My goals are so much higher than (getting) to the UFC. A lot fighters get to the UFC, fight three fights and are gone. I want to show these other people that it’s possible.”
