UFC 175 Results- Weidman, Rousey retain titles

In one of the biggest fight cards of the year for the UFC two champions walked away with their belts intact as both middleweight champion Chris Weidman and women’s bantamaweight champions Ronda Rousey successfully defended their titles.

Rousey showed that she should no longer be considered a one-trick pony as she dismantled challenger Alexis Davis in just 16 seconds into the fight. Rousey knocked Davis out however she did not walk away from the fight unscathed. A cyst on her finger literally exploded on the face of Davis while punching resulting in the champion receiving stitches to repair the gash.

Chris Weidman put all talk about being a “fluke” to bed after he dominated former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida earning himself a unanimous decision victory.
